At Richfield we understand that building a home can be both an exciting and nerve-wracking experience. That’s why we’re here to guide you through every stage of the building process.
Once you and your family have selected your building lot, your Richfield Sales Manager will assist you in picking your home design, and choosing desired upgrades.
Next it’s time to determine the interior look and feel of your home. During this stage you will choose your cabinets, flooring, paint colours, fixtures and more. Sound daunting? Don’t worry! Most of your selections will be made at Richfield’s home design studio, where you’ll enjoy several informative consultations.
taking possession
As the finishing work on your home begins, we will contact you to confirm your pre-possession walkthrough. We will also take the time to show you your new home and all its features.
On the date of possession you’ll get your keys from your lawyer. But first, you’ll join us on a walk through to ensure that any concerns you had during your home orientation meeting have been addressed.
