“It has been a pleasure building with Richfield Custom Homes. This being the first house my wife and I have ever built we were a little nervous as to what to expect with the process. I’ve heard horror stories from friends about the pressure from the builder always trying to up sell, or put time pressure on you to make a decision about colour or style. I can honestly say Ron never put one ounce of pressure on us to spend more or hurry up and choose. He presents the options, offers his experienced opinion regarding colour or style and helps you make a decision that is best for you. During the build process itself you start working with Paul. He schedules walk-throughs at your convenience, showing you the progress of your home. Offering advice and expertise about the little things like lights and switch placement which may sound like small things until your feeling around in the dark trying to find it. Then after you move in you get to deal with Brett (an awesome guy) who makes sure you are happy with everything. On that note, there will be problems or mistakes made during the construction of a new build – it’s inevitable. So, it’s not whether this was wrong or that was the wrong. It’s what the builder will do to fix those problems. Richfield has been great in this regard, there has been no haggling over anything. Let them know the issue and it gets fixed. As you can see I mentioned everyone by name. Richfield Custom Homes works closely with you so will know them by name.  All and all I would recommend working with Richfield; they know their stuff and want to make sure you’re completely happy.”
